Mikade Johnson played college ball at Brigham Young University in 2020–21, striking out 25 hitters in 24 innings, and also spent time with the Green Bay Rockers in the Northwoods League. He played alongside Joe Burke on the Eastside Diamond Hoppers in 2023.
